The Daylight Process
Every stage of working together is built on focused, one-on-one strategy sessions conducted via Zoom. Each session is 60 minutes and tailored specifically to your business, your leadership role, and your current priorities.
Following every meeting, you’ll receive a detailed recap email that includes a summary of our discussion, a recording of the session, and clearly defined action steps to guide implementation. The goal is not just conversation — it’s execution.
Rescheduling is always accommodated without fees. I understand firsthand that leading a business comes with unexpected demands, and flexibility is built into the structure.
Phases I through III require a three-month commitment, with payment made in full at the start of each stage. The Maintenance Phase is scheduled and paid per session at the time of booking.
Phase I
Phase I is focused on clarifying what matters most, ranking those priorities accordingly, and moving forward with intentional, actionable progress.
This stage is the most intensive and foundational of our work together. It is where we lay the structural groundwork that everything else will build upon- establishing direction, strengthening leadership focus, and mapping out the path forward with intention.
In Week Three, I conduct a Manager Alignment Meeting when applicable, meeting with each key manager involved in or impacted by your decisions. These conversations, (held individually or collectively depending on your organization,) are designed to surface operational realities, internal dynamics, and candid insight into current challenges. If multiple managers are involved, this session may extend beyond one hour to ensure a thorough understanding of the landscape.
Phase I carries the heaviest lift. It requires meaningful planning, thoughtful recalibration, and decisive action. While we are building strategy and long-term structure, we are also actively implementing changes throughout the process, creating momentum while reinforcing a strong operational foundation.

Phase II
Phase II builds on the foundation established in our initial stage. By this point, many of your highest-priority initiatives have been addressed and are actively being maintained, allowing us to shift focus toward longer-range projects and broader strategic development.
With more implementation time between sessions, this stage is designed to support thoughtful execution while expanding into initiatives that require deeper planning, cross-functional coordination, and sustained oversight.
Rather than reacting to immediate pressures, we are now working proactively, strengthening systems, refining leadership structure, and advancing projects with extended timelines and greater impact.
This stage maintains forward movement while creating space for disciplined implementation and continued strategic growth.

Phase III
Phase III is a concentrated period of completion and precision. At this stage, the majority of high-impact priorities have been addressed, and the organization is operating with stronger structure and direction. Our focus now turns to final strategic initiatives, reinforcing long-term stability, and ensuring that nothing critical is left unfinished.
This is where we fine-tune execution, address emerging challenges, and make necessary adjustments to policies, processes, or structural changes implemented earlier. As new issues arise, whether requiring a pivot, recalibration, or additional reinforcement . We address them deliberately and decisively.
Phase III represents the final concentrated period of strategic work before transitioning into a long-term maintenance rhythm. It is the closing stretch for major projects, ensuring that the foundation we’ve built is strong, sustainable, and positioned for continued success.

Phase IV
Phase IV is designed for continued oversight and long-term stability. This stage transitions the work into a maintenance rhythm, with sessions recommended once per quarter to address emerging challenges, recalibrate strategy, and evaluate new opportunities for continued growth.
As your business evolves, new ideas, obstacles, or shifts in direction may arise. These sessions provide space to assess those developments thoughtfully, make necessary adjustments, and ensure that the progress achieved in earlier stages remains strong and sustainable.
This stage requires no long-term commitment. Sessions are scheduled and paid individually, allowing flexibility while maintaining strategic support when it’s needed most.
